[vc_video link=”https://youtu.be/B1Uba7kMEno” title=”video su Il sapore – Esperienza sensoriale”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Vincitore del bando “Energie sommerse”, promosso dal Comune di Vicenza e sostenuto da Veneto Banca, IL SAPORE – esperienza sensoriale con l’artista Veronica Organo inaugura venerdì 25 settembre 2015 nella suggestiva sede di Casa Gallo, appartamento situato all’interno della Biblioteca La Vigna, ristrutturato dall’architetto Carlo Scarpa.
Il progetto propone una riflessione sulla percezione della realtà attraverso i sensi. Per esprimere l’esperienza del reale storicamente si prediligono la vista e l’udito. Il gusto è invece un senso più intimo e più difficile da spiegare poiché prende forma all’interno del nostro corpo, tramite la delicata superficie di una mucosa. Per questo solitamente l’immediata lettura della realtà avviene attraverso l’interpretazione di ciò che vedono i nostri occhi. Ma ciò che vediamo e che consideriamo vero, corrisponde sempre alla realtà?
A partire da queste considerazioni, proponiamo un progetto che punta a mettere in conflitto i sensi della vista e del gusto, al fine di evidenziare lo scarto tra i due, e permettere quindi una riflessione su come il nostro giudizio e la nostra personale decodificazione del mondo siano sempre relativi.
Venerdì 25 settembre alle ore 18.30, sabato 26 e domenica 27 dalle ore 18.00 alle ore 20.00 i visitatori, solo previa prenotazione, potranno fare esperienza delle opere commestibili dell’artista Veronica Organo che lavorerà accanto allo chef Anna Indri Raselli e agli studenti del Liceo Artistico Montagna di Vicenza. Piccoli gruppi di 10 persone per volta passeranno attraverso le sale di casa Gallo alla scoperta di deliziosi shock sensoriale che ognuno potrà sperimentare a proprio modo.
Il venerdì, all’inaugurazione del workshop, si terrà anche un’interessante riflessione filosofica sul delicato mondo della percezione con Mario Trombino, direttore della rivista Diogene.
